Returns Eligibility You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return under UK consumer law. Items must be: Unused and in original condition In original packaging Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us before sending returns: support@shoowash.com

Return Shipping All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. ShooWash does not cover return shipping under any circumstances unless Protected Shipping was purchased at checkout. Please clearly mark your parcel with "RETURN" on the outside of the packaging to ensure a smooth processing experience. We strongly advise using a tracked shipping service, as we accept no liability for return shipments lost or damaged in transit. Please note that all returns are sent to our warehouse in Sweden.

Protected Shipping Free return shipping is only available to customers who have purchased Protected Shipping at checkout. If Protected Shipping was not added to your order, you are solely responsible for the cost of return shipping in all cases — including lost, delayed, or damaged parcels in transit. ShooWash accepts no liability for return shipments where Protected Shipping has not been purchased.

Refunds After inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Refunds may be reduced if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary.
